  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations or postponements made 7 days or more before check-in will not incur any charges. For changes within 7 days of check-in, a 100% retention fee applies.
  • Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Date Amendments: Adjustments to your stay dates are subject to availability and any applicable rate changes.
  • No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be retained as a cancellation charge.
